1. What this page covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Break Free (operated by Michalvi Empire LTD, registration number HE 493986, registered office Ellados 4, Agios Amvrosios, 4710 Limassol, Cyprus) uses cookies and similar technologies on breakfree.pro. Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device so it can recognise that device on a later visit. Where we say “cookies” below we also mean browser local storage, tracking pixels and similar techniques, because the law treats them the same way.
2. The short version
Nothing non-essential is stored on your device, and no analytics script is loaded, until you say yes. On your first visit you will see a banner with two choices: Accept all or Reject non-essential. The site works fully either way. Your answer is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again, and you can change it whenever you like using Cookie settings.

Two things we run are deliberately absent from that table, because they store nothing on your device and set no identifier: our own page-view counter (/assets/track.js), which records that a page was viewed and nothing about who viewed it, and Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design. Both therefore run without consent. If we add a tool that does store something, it goes in the table above and behind the banner.
4. Your legal position
Under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive, as implemented in Cyprus, and under the GDPR, we may only store or read non-essential information on your device with your prior consent. That is why the analytics and affiliate tags on this site are blocked at source rather than merely asked to behave: until you accept, the request to Google is never made.
Consent is not the legal basis for the strictly necessary item. Remembering your own choice is necessary to provide the service you asked for, so mv_consent is written either way — including when you reject, because rejecting is itself the answer we have to remember.
5. Managing cookies in your browser

Blocking all storage, including essential storage, may mean your cookie choice cannot be remembered and the banner reappears on every page.
