Terms of service

These terms govern your use of breakfree.pro (the "Site") and any digital products, email courses, or downloads you receive from us. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Michalvi, a sole-proprietor business based in Cyprus. Operator: Michalis Phytides. Contact: hello@breakfree.pro.
2. What we provide
Break Free publishes free educational content (blog posts, tool reviews, guides) and sells digital products such as templates, prompt packs, and starter kits. Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Payments are processed by Gumroad and Stripe.
No income guarantees. Break Free shares strategies, tools, and templates that we use ourselves. We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount of money — or any money at all. Results depend on the time, skill, and effort you put in, and on factors outside our control (algorithm changes, market conditions, your audience, your niche). Anyone who claims to guarantee online income is misleading you.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:
- Republish, resell, or redistribute paid content without written permission.
- Scrape the Site at scale or use automated tools that disrupt service.
- Use the Site to send spam, harass others, or break any law.
- Attempt to access non-public areas or interfere with site security.
4. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. By buying a product you also agree to Gumroad's terms. Refund requests are handled under Gumroad's refund policy: most digital products are eligible for a refund within a reasonable window if requested in good faith. 5. Affiliate links
The Site contains affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our full affiliate disclosure for details. We only recommend tools we have used or tested.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — articles, templates, prompts, designs, and code — is owned by Michalvi unless otherwise stated, and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use any digital product you purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, or share the files publicly.
7. Third-party content
The Site links to and reviews third-party tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, Systeme.io, Gumroad). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of those services. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any specific outcome will result from following our content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michalvi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Michalvi against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless your local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
