Withdrawal policy

This page sets out your right to withdraw from a purchase made on breakfree.pro, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. It applies to consumers resident in the European Union.
1. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason.
2. The important exception for digital products
Downloading the product waives this right. Everything we sell is a digital product delivered immediately. Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, once you begin the download and expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right ends. You confirm this at checkout. If you have not downloaded the files, your 14-day right still stands in full.
3. How to withdraw
Email michalvi@michalvi.com within 14 days of purchase with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include the order email address and the product name so we can find the order. No particular form of words is required.
4. Refunds
Where the right applies, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. The refund is issued to the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, so the refund is returned through Gumroad.
5. If something is wrong with the product
The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights. If a file is corrupt, missing, or not as described, email us and we will replace it or refund it — whether or not you have downloaded it, and whether or not 14 days have passed.
